  • Formulate the nursing care plan of clients undergoing medical, surgical and diagnostic procedures related to the disease, from their time of admission to discharge and home care.

To be successful in this course, learners should have:

To enroll in Adult Health Nursing , students must have successfully completed Anatomy and Physiology I & II and Fundamentals of Nursing I & II (Theory and Clinical) as pre-requisites, providing foundational knowledge of body systems and basic nursing care. Pathophysiology-I, Pharmacology-I, and Health Assessment-I are co-requisites, supporting understanding of disease processes, medical management, and patient assessment.

This course is designed for undergraduate nursing students enrolled in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program.
